General Terms and Conditions :

We will supply the vehicle after getting a valid purchase order with office seal from you.

The rates mentioned in final quote would be for minuimum one month, if you terminate the contract before 1 month we will charge one month rent to you.

All efforts shall be made by you in the proper upkeep of the vehcile to ensure all fluid levels (Oil, water, etc) and tire pressures are maintained to levels specified.

It is your responsibility to inform us in the event of an accident and obtain a Police report and Repair Slip acceptable to the insurance company to process the insurance claim, failing which the rental charges for such period will be borne by you till you submit the Police report to us.

You, as a hirer, should not use the vehicle for carrying alcohol / contravened, towing, hire, relying racing any type of off road application (including desert fun drives, etc), driving through pool of water, overloading or exceeding the number of passengers for which the vehicle is licensed.

In case the hirer required the vehicle with Salik, then we will provide vehicle with Salik tags and the charges will be borne by you. In addition to that we will charge a service charge @Dhs1/transaction on Salik which will be billed to you from time to time. If you as a hirer used the vehicle to go to Dubai without Salik tag, all fines in this regard will be borne by you.

Traffic fines if any will be paid in cash and a service charge @ 10% of the traffic fine will be charged by you.

Parking charges if any will be paid by you.

Since we are supplying the vehicle to your company against your LPO, the company will be fully responsible for all traffic violations of your drivers at any point of time and the same will be invoiced to you from time to time as and when it is apperaing in the Traffic fine website.

Assistance of our PRO will be available on request in case of accident. The vehicle can be used on a maximum kilometer limit up to 5000km/Month. In case of exceeding the limit, every kilometer will be charged @ 1.00/km
